The Mission Center operates programs designed to help families work toward self-sufficiency. Recognizing that families facing an immediate crisis will need emergency intervention, the Mission Center operates an Outreach Program which supports a family during a time of crisis. Later, once emergency needs are met, a family can move into our Point of Hope Community and begin to work toward self-sufficiency and greater stability.
Our Christmas Outreach Program brings together many partners to reach spread Christ’s love to all during the holiday season. Both corporate and individual donors join forces to help over 10,000 families in Eastern Kentucky celebrate the season of Jesus’ birth. The Mission Center’s own Christmas distribution is set for Saturday, December 12.
