One of the many programs we have is our transitional housing program called Point of Hope.    The program gives families an opportunity to live in a safe, clean and Christian environment while learning important life skills so they can recognize their God given talents and develop an improved ability and desire to help themselves and their families.  The program began just over 5 years ago.  There is a great need for good housing in Appalachia.   Father Beiting’s Dream is that the Point of Hope could be duplicated anywhere and everywhere.  We are continuing to develop the program and have been blessed with 3 Religious Sisters of the Precious Blood from Canada to oversee the housing program as well as other outreach programs that are channeled through the Point.

We are in the process of completing a duplex that was partially built and will be completed by a volunteer group from North Central Ohio.  This will increase and improve our ability to help families, it is such a blessing.  We are hoping to complete the duplex by June.  If you would like to know how you can help us serve those in need through Point of Hope please email Sister Kateri at pointofhope@fatherbeiting.org.

Christ’s Blessings,

Phillip Teague, FBAMC Director of Operations – pteague@fatherbeiting.org
